Issue: Bag Awning needed replacing (Bag and Awning Fabric - Metal Hardware was still good)
Result: I have nothing but good to say about my experience with RV Workshop. I am giving them 5 stars in all categories. I will tell anyone who will listen that if you need an obscure and hard to find part for your old camper AND you want great service - This is the place.
ORDERING: Excellent - I called and spoke with Dale. He walked through the necessary steps to get the measurements and placed my order. The next day he needed more information - he called personally instead of wasting time with emails. It was awesome. I was an actual person/customer and not just some computer generated order. I am still pumped about that.
SHIPPING: Excellent - I ordered my bag awning replacement on September 26th. I had it in my hands by September 30th. Super Fast!
PRODUCT: Excellent - The awning was actually made by Shademaker I believe. In the USA !! The bag and awning material feel sturdy and of good quality. It also appears to be sewn together well as far as the seams go. I chose the harvest brown. I love it. I also love the scalloped front edge that hangs down. My original awning didn't have that. This is so much more attractive.
INSTALLATION: Excellent - Couldn't get any easier. It just slides right in. The fit was great. I would definitely shop RV Workshop for any of my camper needs in the future.

I just wanted to update you that the Coleman whiffletree I ordered from RV Workshop was a perfect fit for my 1987 Coleman Laramie. For any potential customers hesitant to order this item don't be. The engineering on it is better than the Coleman original in that it doesn't have the ball bearings or Delrin nut. The ACME rod was exactly 28.75". It also comes with two shear pins. Do save the thrust nut and its shear pin from your old whiffletree. This kit has everything else you need to get the whiffletree portion of your Coleman lift system working again. There are other suppliers of this whiffletree, but none of them were as kind and helpful as the folks at RV Workshop.

We are totally impressed with the workmanship on the canvas for our Combi-Camp. It far exceeds our expectations. My son was able to attach it back on to the frame work and now she's ready to go. We still have a bit of summer left and plan to use it next week. I will try to take a picture of it so you can see the complete handiwork. Thank you so much to you and your staff. I just wanted to say think you for your excellent service on the new pop up "canvas" for our 1992 Jayco camper. It fit perfectly and looks better then the original canvas that was on the pop up when we purchased it new. It really was easy to put on and took us about 2 hours. Just wanted to let you guy's know that we received the camper canvases last week, Hurricane Rita came through Saturday morning. Knocked out power all over the region, so no a/c. By Monday the heat index was 105-110. It was cooler sleeping outside, so we put on the new canvas and everything went up great! Still no power after 5 days but are making do with a generator. Thanks for a great job, they came in just in time.

We arrived home to discover the delivery of the new canvas. It didn't take us long to change clothes and get to work. Work is not the correct name for it. It actually took us a grand total of 40 minutes to remove the old pop up camper canvas and install the new one and boy... does it fit great AND it looks great! We are very happy with it.

I received the new canvas I ordered complete with all the trimmings. As luck would have it, it rained for a week and then the temp plummeted. So I figured I would have to wait for the spring. The weather gave me a break yesterday and shot up to 66 ! So Out with the package and up with the trailer. Gotta tell ya she fit like a glove. Took my 2 sons and I about two hours to install. Looks awesome and I feel like I have a new trailer. Thanks for all your help.

I received my new pop up camper canvas this weekend and it was a snap to install, about an hour is what it took. Glad we did ourselves, saved us $200.00. The fit was perfect as you had guaranteed, I was also pleased to see that the back window side had new wiring in place for the interior light.

"I recently had an awesome experience with Dale from the RV Work Shop. Long story short while popping up my camper the last weekend of July my whiffle tree busted shooting bearing and my hopes for a stressfree camping weekend (if there are those haha) to hell. In that state of Missouri it is extremely hard to book certain camping spots, in fact most places are reserving a year out. We had reservations for a weekend in August and were scared the part would not arrive in time. I ordered the part, contacted Dale he said I would have the part in plenty of time. I ordered the part on the 3rd and it arrived by the 6th. Dale thank you so much for the quick turn around so we can get back to camping and not have to cancel reservations and lose money on said reservation."
